Mexico City

This day in Mexico City was planned to relax a bit, so we started with using the Hotels Wlan. Around noon we got out to look around in Mexico City, where we took the "Turibus" again, as that is one of the easier ways to see a lot. Similar to Puebla the German translation sounded funny, so we used English again, as thats just simpler to understand and seems to have much more information. As we knew from Puebla that the lenght of the tour is in no way that what their flyers say, we expected it to be longer than the announced 2 hours and 45 minutes. We havent expected it to be so far away from that, but well, it used nearly 4 hours. I think they need to print new flyers.

It was a really interesting, nice tour through Mexico City - and all the integrated towns, and unlike Puebla there was nearly no commercial stuff in this tour. Only the weather did not like us, the end of the tour was a bit dark due to the clouds from the upcoming rain, but we were lucky and finished the tour before it started raining.

Evening

As usual we met other people in the evening, today we met damog, anubis, Gunnar, asciigirl and nueces in that pub where Gunnar said it is perfect for tourists: The last two times he had foreigner there they had some food poisoning the day after...

Luckily we had no problems.
